Mold Allergies Asthma
Molds are also one of the asthma triggering agent. They are responsible for many other allergic problems. The persistence of molds can be observed even after the first killing frost. Although most of the molds go dormant in the freezing temperature, some may grow at subfreezing temperature.
The snowfall suppresses the outdoor molds. However they are not killed. Being there for the whole year, the molds cause a lot allergic problems which include inflammation in the airways leading to chronic asthma.

What actually is Mold?
Molds are actually multicellular plants belonging to fungus family. They grow as group of cells with threads branching out which are called hyphae. The types of molds are in thousands. However, there are very few molds which are widely recognised for their offenses.
Fungi seeds are called spores. Their size shape and color vary. Germination of each spore can produce a mold and each mold can give rise to many spores.
What is Mold Allergy?
Inhalation of microscopic molds is responsible for inflammation of upper respiratory tract as they break the mechanism of protection of nose and get into the lungs. These molds cause severe asthma in both children and adults. Being so small in size, they can easily trespass to the lungs region and causes infection which leads to chronic asthma.
Mold allergy symptoms rises unexpectedly because of having certain foods like cheese that is processed with fungi. Some of the foods which tend to give rise to asthmatic symptoms are mushrooms, dried fruits, and foods containing yeast, soy sauce, or vinegar.
Disorders related with mold
This plant from fungus family causes several allergic diseases. There are some Aspergillus which cause severe illness from infection and allergy. This mold (Aspergillus) reside in the core part of the lungs and grow enough to form a fungus ball. Therefore, Aspergillus attacks on the people with weak and damaged lungs.
Molds are one of the obvious reasons for asthma as it infects the respiratory tract by getting into it. Once they enter the lung, they prove to be a good reason for the inflammation in the respiratory tract.
This asthmatic condition is also known as bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. People with asthma show the symptoms of wheezing, coughing, tight chest and low grade fever. X rays, blood tests, phlegm examination are the process of diagnosing asthma.
